Are you nurturing a future cycling champion? Does your child have what it takes to be the next Stuart O'Grady? If so, the Mutual Community mini tour for kids is for them.
The ride is held on a section of the Cancer Council Classic Circuit just before the professionals race begins.
Kids will be split into two age groups 6 to 8 and 9 to 12 years with each age group getting 20 minutes to ride as many laps of the special mini tour track as they can.
This is your kids big chance to show off their cycling skills while being cheered on by the Tour Down Under crowd lining the track
ENTRY INCLUDES:
· Exclusive access to the Cancer Council Classic Circuit
· Mutual Community mini tour for kids t-shirt to wear while riding
· Refreshments at the end of the ride
· Gift bag
· Certificate of participation
Each participant in the Mutual Community mini tour for kids will also be entered into a draw to assist with the Tour Down Under Team Presentation where they can meet the teams. The Tour Down Under Team Presentation will immediately follow the Mutual Community mini tour for kids.
This is a great opportunity for any young cyclist to feel the rush of cycling on the ProTour stage.

WHAT YOU NEED ON THE DAY:
Each participant must have the following:
· A bicycle in good working order
· Australian Standards approved helmet
· Parent/guardians permission
Participants must be aged 6 to 12 as of 18 January 2009
