Women's Cycling Information Night
The Cycling Promotion Fund is supporting a free women's information night for women interested in getting the most of cycling and finding out more about preparing for an event. The information night features fabulously inspiring women.
  • Michele Timms:  Legendary basketball player & keen bicycle rider
  • Flip Shelton: Channel 7 personality & keen bicycle rider
  • Emma Carney: 2 times World Triathlon Champion
The night is being held this Thursday, 22 November at Top Gear Cycles in North Balywn, Melbourne. RSVPs are essential as places are limited.

There will be time for information sharing, questions and discussion. The program includes:

  • How to select clothing & accessories to feel comfortable
  • How to select a bike which fits you and your riding
  • Nutrition & diet for health and wellbeing & performance
  • Mechanics & Repairs, tools and practical tips
  • Information on the SUB Women’s Cycle Challenge
