Road Rage Tragedy Sparks Outcry from Cyclists' Group
The tragic hit and run crash in Mascot on Thursday (8/05/08) is a sad reflection on our increasingly aggressive roads. The daily commute behind the wheel has turned the hope of a dream run into a nightmare - with rising congestion and skyrocketing fuel prices driving tempers to breaking point. The last thing we want to see is the frustration taken out on people cycling - yet this seems to be exactly what happened in Mascot.

The Cycling Promotion Fund calls on all commuters to share the road and see each other as people - not 'cyclists' or motorists.
