Talk to people who cycle regularly and ask them what they like most about their bike and what they would look for when purchasing a new bike. Most bike brands have websites which provide you with information such as sizing, frame, material such as aluminium or carbon, components such as breaks, gears, hubs, rims, head set, stems, forks.

Remember to purchase the best bike you can afford. A good bike will last for many years and will become an excellent investment
