Extract: Cycling is a great way to improve your aerobic conditioning, build muscle strength and endurance and have fun at the same time. No matter what your age, ability or level of fitness is to start with, cycling is an easy and accessible way to increase your overall health and wellbeing.

To help keep you motivated and give you an idea of how your fitness is improving, it’s a good idea to take up a regular cycling program and monitor your riding.
