Cycling with Kids

I  have young children and want to start taking the kids out on bicycles, what are my options to take the kids with me?

Cycling as a family is a great way to spend time together being active. There are a range of options available to take your child cycling once the child can wear a helmet and hold their head up (which is usually around one year of age)

The options include:

  • Child Trailer (which can accommodate up to two children)
  • Child seat at the back or front of your bike.
  • Trailer and Cycle/Tag a long once they are a bit older but not ready to ride by themselves for longer distances.
